Great Clips

"disappointed that they have the audacity to raise their prices but have yet to raise the quality of their services. Stopped going for years because of the services I received at multiple locations, but decided to give them a chance. Never going to Great Clips again. All I wanted was bangs, and had to ask him to gel it back when he was done because it looks like a 5 year old cut my hair. I don’t remember his name but he must’ve went to Empire. Don’t hit me with the “I’m sorry for your experience” copy paste, actions are louder than words HIRE BETTER STYLISTS"

"I've gone here three times and gotten different people but the older lady that cut my hair just did a terrible job, I asked for layers and straight bangs and she made them so thin and patchy and uneven I had to go to another salon after to fix it..."

"I have had good cuts here in this place. I had written a bad review last time, and I want to apologize. I was in a bad place, and somehow communication was mixed up. I also learned that the haircut I asked for has many many ways of cutting it. I never knew that. They are nice people and have done their best, I wish I didn't write that review. I also wished that I had known there were lots of styles from the haircut I requested. Thank You"

"I checked in online at the pleasant hills 15236 location last night. I have been going there for a couple years. on occasion I would receive sarcasm when I would ask for my hair to be cut a certain length. it never really bothered me, and I still tipped generously ever time. however, I have never been treated so disrespectfully than I was last night. I sat alone in the waiting area as long as I could, being completely ignored and finally left. only 1 of the 3 girls on staff was cutting hair but all 3 had seen me and the other 2 just walked away. if Ashley and Courtney are representative of the culture at this location it's sad for the customer and Great Clips. It's no surprise that there are negative reviews due to the rude treatment customers have received there. management needs to take control. It's a shame these 2 will cause me to go elsewhere because the location was convenient. no one should have to subject themselves to this kind of treatment."
