"Did an online order. Called in when I arrived as I was told it was ready. They said sure I'll bring it right out. Sat in 90 degree weather for 20 minutes waiting. Finally walked inside and the front desk woman apologized profusely as I don't think it was her fault. Ended up pulling my own order and loading it. As I drove away I saw employees smoking vapes in the back lot. I'll go to Lowe's from now on."
"Wow what can I say short staff but what a wonderful experience because they really did their best as to it was only one cashier and two floor associates working on the floor on May 27th 2023! I am very very pleased with the help and the out come even though I had to wait 20 minutes for chain. I am very pleased to say the three that were working should be aware how well they handle the store. Thank you for doing your best and getting to everyone's needs even though it took awhile.
