"I hate to leave a negative review. Because, when I went to the establishment the ladies were polite, and the braiding salon is cute. However, they are not professional when it comes to customer service. I don’t understand how one schedules an appointment in person ( not online) and, when I arrive for my scheduled appointment they are closed. The door is locked, with a sign saying “Sorry we are closed.” As I am writing this review at 4:41pm, Friday, 10-13-2023. Your website says your business is open until 11:00pm. But, in all actuality; you’re closed. There is no working phone number; the phone number listed does not work. If you did not want to do my hair you all could have just said that. Please, do not schedule me, or anyone else for an appointment, not be there, and then your customers do not have a way to reach you that is rude. You all should respect people’s time and monies. The cost of gas is too expensive etc. Because I had scheduled a babysitter, rushed here after work, expecting to get my hair braided, and you’re not here. That is rude and inconsiderate. That is not how you do business."

"1. They are unprofessional. You get there and they have customers inside and the door is locked. 2. If you book an appointment online, call to confirm your appointment because they don’t check their website any other way. 3. Twisties are listed as one of their services. But the lady is going to tell you it is several kinds like natural hair and extensions. Maybe you should change your website to reflect the differences. Maybe it is just me but I think of kinky twist, passion twist, Nubian twist, etc. not 2 strand twist. And take note of the photo that shows the extension type of twist and no natural hairstyles. 4. They have an out of service phone number listed….really? You are a business trying to make money and your phone doesn’t work. 5. The prices are not accurate. You don’t know if you are able to pay by cash or card. If you need to do cash, the atms are far away. I ended up leaving for another establishment."

"By far the best experience I've had with braids in my life!!! Super friendly and caring environment! The owner was super informative about the the style I wanted and the length and condition of my hair, still being able to give me exactly what I wanted! I high recommend this salon for braiding."
