"I'm giving 2 stars into because the McCandless tech was very nice. My first experience with lash extensions at the Wexford location with a so called expert Dawn I believe her name was, charged me more after the appointment was over because of her expertise apparently. She glued several of my eyelashes together resulting in damage to my natural lashes. The tech at McCandless did the best she could to remove the lashes that were damaging and did a great job. My next fill appointment was with another tech and she rushed my appointment and was done in 40 minutes. My lashes were falling off the next day and looked horrible after a few days. I returned today after 2 weeks with hardly anything left and the tech informed me that whatever was done previously severely damaged my lashes and I will need to have them removed. I'm livid with this company. I would 100% never recommend and won't be returning"

"I was a new customer and it was the first time I’ve ever had any cosmetics done to my face(I did tell the tech this). I booked for a lash tint and a brow clean up. There was only one staff member in the entire building. She was running about 10+ minutes behind. My appointment felt really rushed. She was as accommodating as she could be with my allergies (latex/aloe). But didn’t seem 100% sure on most products. Nothing was really explained to me unless I asked, I felt like I was expected to just know. I can’t tell a difference with the lash tint, but I do have darker eyelashes so maybe it was just not a service for me. (Again first time so maybe that was just a learning experience). I tried to explain the best I could what I was looking for with my eyebrows but they are not what I was expecting. I have a lot of hairs that look like they need trimmed down and a few fly aways. Maybe “brow clean up” might not have included that and only includes what can be waxed. The tech seemed nice but very quiet and very rushed. Never even told me her name. I’m not sure if they have appointments back to back to back because someone came in during my appointment and had to wait as well. A 5-10 minute grace period inbetween would probably give the techs more time to be personable and give a better experience especially if there is only 1 tech running the building."

"Express Lashes - Their customer service was excellent & Jennifer did a great job. I had to go back because the lashes began falling out almost immediately. They replaced them free of charge. I am now a week out & they are almost all gone. I had them done for my son’s wedding & they served their purpose beautifully. But I wouldn’t buy this particular service again, because they didn’t work for me. I was very careful, never rubbed my eyes & kept them dry for the first 24 hours, after both applications."
