"Straight off the monopoly board, if you like old trains, then come here. Lot's of train fun"
"Definitely worth a visit if you enjoy trains. We went during a limited running exhibit of lego trains. My kids enjoyed the regular displays as well as the special ones. We missed the video as the kids wanted to look around and we didn't get a chance to go back. Walking around the yard, you can see various trains. Being our first time, I was unsure about parking. The easiest place to park is in the gravel trail lot and walk the sidewalk a short distance down to the entrance. We would definitely go back."
"Visited here a couple of weeks ago and had a great time. The museum itself is full of railroad artifacts and model trains, and the train yard outside boasts a nice collection of old train cars and locomotives. The staff was very kind, and our tour guide definitely knew his stuff. Try to come on a cool, cloudy day or bring an umbrella — the sun is brutal out in the train yard! Oh, and make sure you don’t miss the movie on the Reading Railroad."
"We really enjoyed visiting this informative, historical museum about the Reading Railroad. There are many exhibits outside worth seeing with a tour guide. Inside is a nice, small museum and a gift shop. There's also some toy trains & tracks for the little ones. Worth seeing if you like trains."
"Had an amazing time with the family. They have some very special pieces of Reading Railroad history on display. Had Kevin as our guide and he was extremely knowledgeable. We enjoyed it so much, that we signed up for a family membership to join in on helping to preserve the history."
