Reviews of Kaercher Creek Park
"Beautiful day for a walk at the park but the trail was very short.... Either that or we couldn't find the full trail. Walked around for awhile anyway because it was beautiful."
"If you're going to fish then it's a hard pass during the middle of the season, a lot of algae, now, if you have your boat or kayak you can enjoy reeling without worrying about that. If your plan is to spend some time enjoying nature and or spending time with loved ones then it's a perfect place to do so. Really recommended."
"Ran down. Exhausting. Poison ivy everywhere. Nowhere to sit down at pavilion. No trash cans. Have to walk to the parking lot for Porta potty. Broken down benches and overgrown 4 square black top. If you're looking to just dip your boat in the water and fish it's probably nice but we met up there with family based on reviews there would be a pavilion and benches or something to picnic. Only way into the area was where the boats go, "soccer field" drive was closed off. We had to walk to the pavilion down a steep hill through mostly grass and during wet seasons would be thru a huge patch of mud at the bottom. It was dried up for us luckily and has stepping stones. Saw one bench near where people would fish from the bank. We found a mens room that was closed down. There were cute statues the kiddos entertained themselves with, but everything else sucked."
"Nice little park and lake. There are trails if you walk across the dam. The lake has bass and trout in it. Good for a nice evening hike if you don't have a lot of time. And someone's cat was sleeping on the bank."
"This place was beautiful, and I didn't make it all the way around the lake or pond, I heard something in the bush and got nervous being alone i didn't have my air horn with me so I turned around the pictures were breath taken. This place is nice for a hike, even better if your not alone"
