"Monica the energy you put out is the energy you receive. The first time I came I was quite satisfied with the customer service and the outcome of the hairstyle. I tipped you because I was very satisfied. Other appointments you were annoyed or seemed grumpy and had an attitude while doing my hair. I overlooked this because I thought maybe you’re just tired from having back to back appointments. I tried booking earlier now to avoid this and ur attitude was the same. You act like I’m begging and not a paying customer. You complain about not being tipped as if it’s mandatory or you know my pocket. Such entitlement. If you don’t like the hair I bring to use just say so but you chose to be extra rude today and you expect me to reward your poor service ? Check your attitude, I was never rude to you. N since I’m banned kindly cancel my future appointments and refund me."
