"I recently visited Cost Cutters with high hopes for a quality hair service as the "second time", but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I regret to say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the outcome of my visit. The quality of the haircut I received was far from satisfactory. The stylist executed an uneven and haphazardly haircut. It was evident that minimal effort was put into ensuring a precise and well-executed style. Like the stylists lacked a basic understanding of the term "fade", despite specifically requesting a fade haircut, the stylist failed to deliver the desired result. The lack of skill in this aspect further added to my disappointment and reinforced the dissatisfaction with my experience at the salon. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback into consideration and makes necessary improvements to provide a better experience for future clients."

"The three stylists present today worked as a team to help with my young daughter’s very knotted hair, in between their other appointments. They were all very kind and she enjoyed them also! The cut is cute and they happily fixed a couple of things at my request as well."
