"My experience was awful. Do not go to this place if you have curly or wavy hair of any sort. These people do not know how to handle this type of hair. I can style my hair better than they did. I was very optimistic going into the salon and I deeply regret it coming out. They made my hair look as if I hadn’t brushed it in 10+ years. They used an open blow dryer on my hair and roots 3 times instead of diffusing, and the lady doing my hair saw it as perfectly fine that it looked extremely frizzy and damaged. My hair is not frizzy nor damaged looking when I style it. I also told her to cut one inch off of my hair and she did not follow that, instead she decided to cut 3 inches off. I will never be coming back here."
