"I was c charged an extra $15 for using a pair of scissors. Would that not be a part of tools used in $5.99? She did not clean hear between his toes(claw), refused to clip his nails because he gets antsy & she didn’t want to be nipped. He is a 10 lb Papillion with only 1 layer of hair. It’s bad enough you charge $62 for a shampoo & trim but do the whole thing or not at all. She said he wasn’t cooperative yet same scissor cut in Florida Petco & they did a superlative job for $61 plus $5.99 charge for tools(?). Owings Mills? Not a chance would I take him back there."
