"Good evening, It is with great pleasure to write this review about Kaprease pharmacy assistant @ the Owings Mills Location 10201 Reisterstown Rd, Store #10892. My prescription was transferred from Safeway Pharmacy 2 days ago. The first time I called to check on the status and cost Kaprease was very pleasant and empathetic which showed that she had the ability to not only see things from someone else's perspective: Kaprease was willing to take the extra step to assist me in finding the best cost for my 90 days prescription. It is my pleasure to nominate this young lady to be recognized for her amicable considerate and generous behavior for CVS customers. Kudos Kaprease!"

"The pharmacy is amazing. they're professional, knowledgeable, empathetic and go the extra mile for their customers. They are everything a pharmacy should be, and everything my previous pharmacy (Walgreens) was not. Kudos to CVS for knowing how to be professional, empathetic employees who make their customers feel welcomed and not a burden or inconvenience. I couldn't ask for anything more when it comes to their pharmacy and the pharmacy techs/pharmacist."

"There is always a ridiculous line at the pharmacy. I spent appx. 15 minutes in line with one pharmacy register open and had to express my frustration. My prescription was not even ready, and I had to peruse the aisles for another 20 mins. Maybe they're doing it on purpose to get us to buy more, but honestly they need a good 5 more employees. My scripts are also rarely filled on time. I come here because it's the closest pharmacy to my apartment, but I am really considering going further for better service."
