"I’m a 30 year customer but not going back to this store. I tried to get a kitten three weeks before she was available for sale. They never said I could pay ahead to hold the sale. They called me and said the kitten was ready and I went right away and when I got there, they had already sold the kitten I wanted knowing I was coming in to get her. This really disappointed me that I couldn’t get the kitten I had been hoping for for three weeks and that the employee new how much I really wanted the kitten. I offered to pay in advance but she would not let me. Because of their actions, I am now purchasing all my lizards food elsewhere. I don’t believe the previous owner would have done this to me. I wouldn’t have given any stars but I had to give one so I could share my experience with others."
