"A lovely green park with a beautiful fountain in the middle of the park. Wide pathways made of paved stones and cement. Wheelchair accessible. Benches scattered throughout. This is located in the center of the old part of town, in the heart of their recovering business district. Lots of old architecture, a mix of 1800s up through 1960's (apparently a huge fire took out a good portion of the downtown a few decades back). At the end of the park is the borough building which looks to be from the 1920s era but the interesting part is the backside of the building is actually a clam style band stand. And they have concerts there during the Summer. On Saturday mornings there is a farmer's market until Noon and they have the park covered with Xmas trees and hold a decorating contest during Winter."
