Jim Thorpe River Adventures

"My husband and I took the Easy Whitewater Rafting trip on September 6th. It was our first time ever Whitewater Rafting and we had a fantastic time. Our 2 guides were amazing ( Linda and Glen) (I believe,). I have some mobility issues with my Achilles and some surgery on my hip and they frequently asked if I was comfortable in the raft and assisting with getting in and safely. They also provided a stepladder to get in and out of the van comfortably. The weather was absolutely perfect and they were very knowledgeable about the area and kept everyone from getting themselves into dangerous sections of the river. Already trying to figure out another trip as soon as we possibly can."

"Our first experience with WWR. Though our guides were nice and the rafting experience was great, the communication was pathetic. Our slot was 12-3 and we ended going up to 4plus without a lunch break. Supposedly there is a lunch stop for this slot but turns out since the buses were late, we ended up rushing and no one bothered to tell us that there is NO LUNCH BREAK. Imagine being on the raft stuck with HUNGRY kids!"

"First time doing the whitewater rafting. It was great. It's a whole day trip. The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. You must follow the instructions if you don't want to flip or get stuck on rock."

"This was my first adventure into Whitewater rafting. They have their act together for sure. They had so many experienced people on the river with the groups. They handled every situation with expertise. It's a nice facility and have everything you need for a fabulous adventure. The lunch sandwiches that you order in advance were great. It was a very memorable event, and we'll definitely go back for seconds... Maybe even try the more adventurous trail this time around!"

"We had been to the Jim Thorpe Rafting over the weekend with the family for white water rafting. We had a superb, fun filled time with splatters of rain at the end which made it even more enjoyable! The set up including check in, tour guides and quality of the rafts are excellent! The guides were knowledgeable, helpful and lots of fun! We would recommend Jim Thorpe Rafting to everyone who loves water sports - this is our third time rafting with them."
