"Service was excellent, way better than in the past, I'm just not sure who was so angry today when they made my whopper jr that they squished the bottom bun up like this. Cheese, onions and lettuce were halfway off the bun as well. And this was not a special request, just asked for no tomato."

"Man, the fries have been outstanding the last two times. Golden brown like they were roasted in the sweet flames of hell. Just kidding. They have been good, though. My preferred King of the other 3 in the area. I've been going there since when I used to live near Trafford/Level Green. I've since moved, but will still hit this one coming back from Monroeville and skip the others to go for some drive thru. Food's been good the last 3 times through; hot, prompt, really good fries, the Whopper not too soupy sloppy, nothing forgotten. I know some people whip on this location pretty hard, but I have good luck with it."

This Burger King’s menu listed some breakfast foods (croissant and biscuit sandwiches, French toast sticks, burritos, and hash browns) and later some lunch and dinner foods (burgers, chicken sandwiches and nuggets, wraps, fries, onion rings, and some desserts). My husband and I ate breakfast here. Many parking spaces were available in the lot. We did not have to wait in line in the restaurant to order. The employees were courteous and accurately prepared our order. Of course, our foods were not healthy, but they tasted good. I appreciated that the restaurant had many clean tables and chairs as well as holiday decorations."

"Was shorted an order of hash browns from the drive thru. Went inside and the employee walked away mumbling under her breath. Only thing I could make out was "f-ing customer b-ing about not getting food" Manager was just as rude "She gave you your hash browns, why are you still talking!?" Refused to give me any contact info for a franchise owner or corporate. Recommended that you drive an extra 15 minutes to avoid this place. UPDATE: Corporate Office responded to me to let me know the franchise owner would be in touch. This was about two weeks ago. I guess the franchise owner cares as much as the manager and staff they hired as I have yet to hear anything. Don't waste your time or money here unless you like being cussed out for spending your money."
