"It's at a food court in the mall so what can I say about the atmosphere? The price was right and the food was good. $13 for chicken teriyaki and a drink. The funny thing was that I went for Japanese food and the workers were 3 Hispanic guys who didn't know English very well. They did a good job."

"Don’t get me wrong. The food here is amazing and I love that they cook in front of you. I just experienced it for the first time today. They fill the containers very high. You definitely get your moneys worth. Where it went wrong, was when I went to pick up my food off of their counter in the box, it’s so thin that with the amount of food, it snapped in half spilling all of the meat that I just bought. I didn’t want to make a scene, and I kind of felt awkward saying anything but they saw all my food fell out right in front of me and laughed. I then got back in line and I didn’t wanna ask for anything free so I was like hi would I be able to just order another side of beef? They are all still laughing. They charge me $10 and give me chicken and I explain to them that I wanted beef like I had on my meal and they said that this was beef it was not beef pollo was written on it which means chicken and it is chicken. This is why my experience was bad. Sad to say that if they just would’ve been kind and said we could remake that for you, no problem or even charge me just a couple dollars for a small side and gave me what I asked for. Idk what happened. It was a mess!"

"I Love your restaurant in Monroe Mall! Im diabetic and Sarku Japan was willi and able to accommodate my dietary needs (with only a small up-charge) . THANKFULLY, they were able to double my vegetables, and chicken and a SMALL portion of rice (since I have to limit my carb intake)."

"This is my go to spot when I’m at the mall. The food is fresh , affordable, rice or noodles, and vegetables. The sauce is tasty. I always pay for the extra meat and share with my kids"
