"Visited for the first time and I am absolutely enthralled with the history and beauty of this place that feels lost in time. We only walked for about 20 minutes because we were short on time. Definitely going back to explore more and hike the gravity railroad trail."
"Got married there 24yrs ago. Under the pavilion. It was so beautiful it seems the city is trying its best to keep it beautiful. I have a special connection to that area. But the club adjourned to the park lost members and were forced closed by our mayor and city. Which means part of the history is gone. It is Readings way knock down and build a useless structure. Oh well"
"Beautiful place for talking a walk. Not too difficult, so you can enjoy the stream and the wildlife that is attracted to get a drink. Nice! (Spider was way down on the rocks besides rushing water. :))"
"The park could be a beautiful quiet location it's a shame that the city of reading has let it go to the dogs. The park could be a beautiful place for a nice quiet lunch or or a fabulous weekend getaway for it with your family for a picnic or party only if the city of reading would care about it."
"Only nice for dog walks and nature hikes. The structures are falling down and old picnic areas overgrown."
