"They did a nice job with the shape and good technique because it barely hurt, BUT … Super unhygienic. When I walked in, the one employee was finishing someone else’s eyebrows. She then rung her out — touching the screens and payment — and then didn’t sanitize her hands at all before starting on my eyebrows. So unsanitary! Beyond that, she sat me down in the same chair the previous girl had been in seconds prior. No wipe down and it was still warm. There were 2 other chairs she could have put me in or wiped it down but she didn’t. Lastly, she used the eyebrow comb and scissors she had used on the last girl — without sanitizing them! The barbicide was right there but she didn’t use it (didn’t even have anything in the jar). I have been to lots of eyebrow threading places across the country (varying in quality) but NEVER had anyone not at least sanitize their hands and use clean tools! I won’t be back. For anyone wondering, yes, I absolutely could have said something. But it would have been very awkward and there is always the fear that the worker will get upset and ruin your eyebrows. Maybe that’s just me."

"I got my eyebrows done before vacation and they were absolutely horrendous. It looks like it was the first time she has ever done brows. Stray hairs were left over the shape was terrible & uneven. Waste of time & money. I honestly don’t know how this is a buisness."
