Smokey Bones Tarentum

"We were seated right away. The restaurant was not crowded. We ordered drinks . My boyfriend ordered the witches brew drink which was supposed to come with black salt around the rim and a witches hat. He never got his drink. He had to ask for it after his meal was delivered. It came without the black salt and without the witches hat. Here's the deal we don't really need the hat but you want to get what you pay for.I ordered the chili. It came out extremely cold so I sent it back. Our meals arrived and I still never received my chili. We both had ordered iced tea. Refills were never given and I had finished my drink before my meal arrived. I still had no drink, throughout my meal. At this point I did ask for a manager, something I very rarely ever do. The manager Scott came over, he did apologize which is something the server did not do at all. He did bring me a chili but this was after I had finished my meal. The chili was very good . He had someone give us refills of our iced teas. He took $10 off of our order. I'm guessing that was for the mixed drink. I also forgot to mention that we did not receive silverware, which we had to ask for after our meals were delivered to us. On a side note the table next to us did not receive plates when they were delivered their big giant pot of food. At some point there needs to be a better system. Our meals were delivered sort of lukewarm ,not something you would want in a restaurant. We each had ordered broccoli as our side so by the time you went to eat it it was cold. I will say the food was very good, however there needs to be some improvements made, And some follow-up with the servers. Would also like to have a warm meal not a 1/2 cold or lukewarm meal. We both ordered steaks and they were cooked to perfection. So I'm unsure if they're not delivering the food to the table in time or what else is the problem."

"We started our dinner with a order of the pretzel bones. They were a 5/5 since the beer cheese was amazing and the pretzels were soft. For our entree we enjoyed the bone fire which was easily a 5/5! Steak, chicken, sausage, ribs, chicken wings, and potato wedges for an amazing price. Everything was juicy and cooked correctly. Our server Joeclynn was fast to the refills and was extremely friendly. Be sure to ask for her next time you stop in!"

"Our server Brittany was excellent and very friendly. Food is always amazing here. The rib feast meal is a great deal and we enjoyed everything about it."
