"We placed an order for a 16 pcs bucket with no wings to go; replace wings with drumstick or thighs: we would even pay an up charge for this service. We get home and the wings were in the the bucket. Also, the chicken must have been two days old and really bad tasting; we could not tell this had a 11 herbs and spices. We will never buy KFC chicken here or any other KFC locations from this point moving forward.from here on. It’s Popeyes Chicken for us. I can see why KFC is going down the drain; there is no customer service and the chicken is awful!!!!"
"Went to the city today to watch the Steelers game with family, stopped ordered a family bucket original 16 piece, got 12 pieces of extra crispy as well as half full family size sides of Mac and cheese. To boot they haven't answered the phone for the last hour that I've been calling."

"I do not like to complain but I was displeased with the service at the harmarville location. They had the front doors locked but the door on the other side was open so we walked in and the manager wasn't too friendly to us inquiring about the situation they are dealing with. There wasn't anyone in drive thru. I thought they were actually closed from the look of it on the outside. Now I understand staff shortages I work in retail but when you have people sitting in the dining room and telling us the dining area is closed is condescending. I firmly believe the customer service needs to be taken up a notch in these situations. You don't want to let a customer leave upset even more than they are knowing they cannot make an order."
