"The only reason this isn’t a one is because the tenders were on point. Walked in and the mop and mop bucket were in the middle of the dining area. Soda machine had a black gunk coming from the nozzle. I ordered my food at 12:59 pm today, the manager had to follow me to see the soda nozzle 3-5 minutes after. If you look at the cam, you will see him walking away from the nozzle with that black gunk on his finger as he walked to the back with his finger pointing upwards. Overall the entire time I was there everyone looked stoned and confused, Especially the manager. Cole slaw tasted like chemicals. Kfc sauce is definitely sub par compared to FLG sauce and that needs to be brought back along with tenders."

"The manager Kee is absolutely horrible. With a store full of patrons she decides to take herself as well as two of her employees to her car parked at the front door to smoke weed. This location closes at 10 and she decided to do this at 7:00pm. This was the most horrible dining experience I’ve ever had. The chicken wing dings were undercook and still bleeding , the crispy chicken breast was gray in color so it was obviously cooked in old grease. The fountain drink station wreaked of dirty mop water. She got an attitude when I asked for more than 1 fork. There were 4 diners and we all had sides!!! The other employee didn’t want to tell us the managers name. The employees at this location are absolutely trash!!!!! The employees the entire time were carrying on using profanity very loudly while we dined there. I don’t want to be eating a meal and hear the employees dropping f bombs every 6 words! Does this location wear uniforms? Every employee except for 1 had on regular clothes and looked like they just rolled out of bed and came to work. The older gentleman that was there cooking and taking out the trash was the only one actually working consistent, not carrying on with the inappropriate banter and was dressed in a uniform with an apron and his hair covered. If your are going to wear your hair long then tie it back because no one orders a side of hair with their food. As long as those people are working there DO NOT EAT THERE!!!!!!"

"Used the app to order ahead. 25 minutes past the time the order was supposed to be ready, and still no food. The floor is slick with grease, and the place looks generally dirty and is disorganized. I witnessed bare-handed workers putting chicken in a bucket, and pushing down on it to get the lid to go on. But mostly they're all just standing around looking confused as several people who ordered ahead wait, and wait, and wait."

"Ordered on door dash I told driver to check food and the lady at the window had a fit. Got my food and my chicken sandwich was 2 tenders I ordered a tea and got soda plus no sauce. This place is trash and needs better workers"

"The food wasn't that good. We had 2-piece combo and drinks. The chicken was not crispy but watery. The service was average. They have a place to eat but their restroom is horrible. I wonder when did they clean it or did they ever! We were traveling and was hungry so stopped by, otherwise we would not bother."
