"Two main things about this place. 1) The food is very good and prices are reasonable. 2) The restaurant one huge room and has little sound dampening. Come here when it's slow and it's a pleasant experience. Come here when it's busy and you have to wonder if the food is really good enough to suffer through the deafening loudness and the long waits as the staff struggles to serve the giant crowd of people. (It isn't, in my opinion)"

"I liked this place a lot. My husband not so much. The place is beautiful. I noticed that the tables for the booths had the sharp corners on the inside where you have to slide around them, and for a bigger person, that could be painful. The rounded corners should definitely be on the inside of the U-shaped booth. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. If you like steak, though, this is not the place for you. While cooked perfectly, the quality of the meat is lackluster at best and had no flavor to it."

"Food was okay, prices to be expected. We got there at a little after 6, not crazy busy at that time. Ordered an app, salad, and 2 pasta dishes. Salad came out within minutes, app took about another half hour. After another hour of sitting, we finally asked where our food was and the bar tender told us she keeps looking in the kitchen for it. After we asked about it, we were basically ignored until food came and we paid. 2 other people got food before ours at the bar alone. About 20 minutes later, food came out and was okay. They gave a meal for free. In all fairness, there was a banquet - however, you could notify the patrons that food is backed up and going to take over an hour (1.5hr in our case) to be prepared. We would've just had our app and left. Service at the bar wasn't spectacular. There was 2 bar tenders and a guy I'm not entirely sure worked there behind the bar hanging out, for a half full space. The restaurant and restrooms were clean. It was loud, couldn't really hear my partner next to me, but again, that's to be expected. I'm not sure if bread was included (as some other reviews said), but we didn't get any. Pasta dishes were a small portion and no side. I'm not really sure I'll be back since I spent most of my evening there, and I wasn't impressed in the end."

"Let me start by prefacing this review. I have worked as a server and bartender in multiple restaurants. I have a very realistic and understanding expectation when it comes to eating out. With that being said, this place has earned the 1 star review. We arrived and had no menus or silverware for over 30 minutes. Water refills were a struggle. Drink refills were wrong and often haphazard at best. Food was received over an hour and a half after ordering. I get how that happens when the restaurant was full but in this case there were maybe 5 tables total in the restaurant. All of which had their food before us. Overall this place has a very very long way to go. I wish them well in the future but I can’t honestly say I’d ever return. After all that time the food was mediocre at best. Please understand this is not to scold or in anyway be rude, just an honest review from Someone who knows the service industry inside and out. You guys can do way better."

"After reading some of the negative reviews, I was a little skeptical of having lunch here today. But I never should have been. Entire experience was amazing - starting with our server Kevin. He said it was only his second day, but I don't believe him. He acted like a pro. Great service, everyone's meal was delicious, arrived quickly and was hot and appealing to look at. Started with baskets of hot Italian bread and an unbelievable dipping sauce and only got better when our food came. Will definitely return here and encourage you all to give it a try!"
