"I was more than explicit when I said to the individual taking my order that I needed a gluten free bun on my grilled chicken sandwich. I trusted the kitchen to do their jobs but clearly they can't follow simple instructions. I received a gluten bun on my sandwich, which I can no longer eat due to cross contamination. If you're a celiac and looking to get anything on this menu: Don't. Go to another location that can follow basic instructions."
