"The staff here is always rude, they don’t acknowledge you when you come in, don’t listen to you when you talk and couldn’t care less about people waiting. They have zero customer service skills. And this is the second time that I was given only half of my order at this location. I checked my order when I got in my car, discovered I was missing half of my food and when I went back in and told the girl I was missing food, she asked me a question, didn’t wait for the answer and kept walking right past me. A few minutes later, she came back and said “what did you say?” When I repeated that I was missing food, she said nothing to me and motioned to the girl behind her, who then acknowledged me some time after that. This location is 10 minutes from where I live. I have driven to the location that is 30 minutes from my house in the past just because I didn’t feel like dealing with the people here. I decided to give them another try and this was the last time I will ever go back to the location in Edgewood."

"This is my third time trying this location in the past two months and I am very disappointed. The first time the wings were not fried hard after I specified over the phone and online that I wanted the wings well down. The second and third visit the wings barely had any sauce! Very disappointing. I believe they recently switched management and if so, that is the issue."

"Sometimes its online order only so just call if your that hungry and unsure. I order in store no problem food came out fast and hot I couldn't be happier with my chicken sandwich. Definitely check em out if you get a chance. Probably going to get the hot wings next time."

"If I could give negative stars I would. These are the most DISRESPECTFUL individuals I have EVER met. The young lady at the front away customers because “she didn’t have the time for it” they accused me of snatching my change from this little girl and from the way she was treating all of the other customers she’s lucky I didn’t snatch her. She was extremely disrespectful to a Hispanic speaking man who didn’t get his cup. I told her and she slammed the cup on the counter without so much as an apology. My food was all cold and wrong and I waited over 15 minutes once I got into the restaurant when I had called in an order and arrived 10 minutes after they said it would be ready. I informed them of this and they said it was put under the wrong name and gave me an attitude when I asked how long it had been sitting there under the wrong name. She asked when I called and I said 45 minutes ago. Then she told me no i didn’t because my order wasn’t DUE until 2:42 and it was 3:06! I called 30 minutes prior to arriving to pick it up! That makes 45. Worst experience I’ve ever had. These people should not be in business. Should’ve looked at the reviews before I went. Never felt such disrespect in my life"
