"They pushed for mask requirements. They post that they open at 11am on the door, it is now 20 after and the doors are locked. I put in for an 11:15 appointment. This place is a last resort for a haircut in town. It's decent in a pinch, but there's so many better places to go. Clip Joint is the best for men's haircuts and shaves. This place just aggravates me every time, whether it's do nothing masks or not opening for appointments, you're better off elsewhere."

"My stylist Stephanie was very nice but she does not care to make a customer wait. A gloss and trim. ($120+$10 tip) We got started around 5:15, after applying gloss she took 3 walk in haircuts while I sat and waited. She rinsed me and during she cashed a customer out. I was then in her chair and she did another walk in haircut. By this time it was 7pm, their close time. She insisted she’d give me a discount for waiting and also to blow out and straighten my hair. I told her no problem. Initial cut seemed alright. She blew out and flat ironed my hair in about an hour and 20 minutes. Ridiculous. She then again began trimming away at my length adding choppy uneven layers. She claimed she was blending it. 8:36, I left the salon and came right back. I couldn’t believe after all the time I had spent in the salon the mess I saw of my hair!!!! It’s uneven choppy layers to one side and it’s 2 inches shorter than I expected. She thinned out my hair and I specifically said not to. She refused to refund only but $40 ($30) and to fix my hair I told her absolutely not. I would never tell anyone to come here. It was weird enough that she was only accepting cash payments and over charging customers but she also sells salon products over her personal cell outside of the business itself. I’m so sad I put myself through this"

"I genuinely got the best haircut I've had in 4 years. Sierra did a great job, and I'm so glad I was in town, staying at a nearby hotel for work. I'd been struggling to find both time and the right place to get a simple men's haircut for months. But, I was able to pop in after 5pm, and Sierra took care of me quickly and in just the right fashion. I really do recommend."
