"I kept getting mixed confirmations for my appointment and got charged for a glitch in THEIR system. Then I was told I couldn’t book again until it was paid. Instead of being matched with understanding and grace about the mixup, I was given combativeness and sarcasm. There are multiple places in Morgantown that do wonderful lashes, I would go there before trying to do business here. I’ve have two bad experiences with the employees here and it just shows they really don’t care even when it’s their mistake."
