"The TV commercials say they are slicing the meat fresh. The sign on the door said “now slicing the meat fresh” . However when I ordered my sandwich it was business as usual. Sandwich was made with meat sitting in their little trays! Back to Jersey Mike’s for me!"
"Stopped by yesterday and there was a sign on door that they do not accept any coupons. Why? They don't participate in any Subway promotions and the owner or manager could barely speak English. Really, they just want to gouge people. Don't give this place your business."
"Whether you order on the app or in person, they get your order right every time!! Great service, very friendly!"
"Terrible service, argumentative cashiers with terrible attitudes, barely speak English and definitely don't understand english. If could rate this store with negative stars I would. I will never return to this location. I was here to order 500 dollars worth of food for a work meeting. Now I'm going to Adrian's pizza instead. They don't even wash their hands here. They think those thin cheap gloves is a safety precaution. Then they stood touching their masks with the fresh gloves they just put on. Plus she was already touching the mask before she put on gloves. This place should be closed!!!!"
"Not sure how this location is still open. After I ordered, the idiot teenage boy behind the counter started getting out the bread, turned back around and asked, "what did you want again?" I told him for a second time what I wanted. He then slowly began making it while an older female colleague at the register reminisced about how much money they had made that day. The Subway Signature, I've noticed, is that the workers love to carry on their conversations even while serving customers. The restaurants are run by different people (franchises), yet all the employees act so brazenly lazy and indifferent. They just don't care. Do they train them to be jerks? While vegetables were being added to my sandwich, the older woman vanished to the back room. The confused male teenager also vanished after my sandwich was wrapped up. I was tempted to just take the sandwich and leave. After a minute of pure confusion on my part, the older woman returned from the abyss to ring me up. She asked me, for a third time, "what did you order?" I refused to answer. I informed her that her idiot coworker already asked me what I wanted twice, and I would not repeat it again. Perhaps she should have been paying attention when I ordered or even when the sandwich was being made. She then had to literally scream to him in the back room to ask what I had ordered. Subway is the kind of place where when you walk in, the workers just stare at you and say nothing. I suppose maybe they're mutes. I am unsure. A bizarre business that somehow survives on less-than-mediocre service. Only a few hundred feet away, you'll find Penn Station, where your business is much more appreciated. The workers are polite, the service is great, and the food even tastes good! I'd advise going there instead."
