"Waited 45 minutes for my food, and the only reason I got it is because I had to said something after several people got food that ordered after me. Watched them mess up another person's order. I watched him grab a bag in the back and see what was inside. Then threw it away. I guess it was mine. Some idiot back there gave it out the drive-thru. The guy came in and said they gave him the wrong order. NOT ONE of them thought that that maybe someone else either got the wrong order or maybe someone is missing an entire order. Your staff sucks. No apology, no explanation, manager did nothing. Didn't even see why it got messed up. Maybe play them $20 an hour, and they will remember to give the customer the food they ordered."
