"Was excited to try the brick and mortar location finally, but I have to admit I was disappointed. I ordered the enchiladas verdes y mole with chicken. Enchiladas were decent but didn’t come out very hot. Mole sauce was a little sweet for me. Pinto beans were good but the rice had zero flavor."

"The food was cold upon arrival at our table. 3/4 dishes needed to be taken back in order to raise the food to a proper temperature. The employees were nice but not very attentive. We were there on a weekday and the restaurant was almost completely empty around 6:00pm. The employees seemed as if they were ready for us to leave so they could head out for the evening. We also noticed that the table had a sealant on it and an actual bug was sealed into the top of the table. Very weird experience and would most likely not dine here again. The place has great reviews but our experience was not good at all. The prices also seem fairly high for this type of establishment. We had two drinks and it was almost the same cost as our entrees."

"The art was so cool, food was delicious and the music was awesome. However, the service was subpar by a long shot. Charged for food we never got, very slow to table and wrong orders delivered. When trying to order more drinks, they either never came or when they did it was much later. Others we were with stated that this was not normal for them. I will certainly try them again sometime, but not too soon. Perhaps a nice lunch."
