Reviews
"I like this location but I think it’s unacceptable to sweep the floors while people are eating. Very disrespectful and annoying"
"I like Panera but this drive thru is always laughably, inconceivably slow. Wild. Also my mac and cheese, when it finally came, was not even full."
"What the heck Panera? This cost almost $15 for chicken noodle soup and I ordered it ahead of time. There’s maybe one half of a noodle and everything is disintegrated. Too salty. Someone there thought this was acceptable. Save yourself time and money and don’t go to this miserable place."
"Someone from corporate or somebody somewhere needs to do something here. Ever since this place opened, and really all paneras all over, have HORRIBLE service. Don’t even think about ordering in the store and absolutely forget the drive-thru. You’ll wait for literally an hour. EVERY.FREAKIN.TIME. I go here I have to wait that long! And after waiting for about 20-30 minutes, they come to the window and ask me what I even ordered. SO disappointing. They always say they’re backed up. EVERYWHERE is busy. But they don’t have people waiting for over an hour. The employees are in no rush and they could literally not care that you’ve been waiting. I could go sit in somewhere and get a 5 course meal served to me faster. Why do I even go here? Great question. Only a few dishes I like. Hopefully I boycott it altogether soon!"
"I was there on Tuesday, November 7 at 12:30pm and watched Sarah (Sara? spelling), Jodi R, and every single person on that shift. I was sitting there with my 7 month old for 20ish minutes waiting in the busy lunch rush, screen filled with names, watching these workers kick butt and knock orders out like superheroes with a line out the door. Everyone on this shift deserves a raise, an award, and beyond in recognition, you have a phenomenal team in place and they need to be known. Thank you for what y'all did, everything was delicious as a bonus! :)"
