"Horrible service at Rt21 Uniontown McDonald's, employees rude and I saw them pick something up off the floor and serve it. Trash in lot. Bad smells in drive thru."

"Don’t go to this specific McDonald’s. Trust me. As a former and recently fired manager for this store (they fired me because i had to take time off to take my fiancé to the hospital because our baby boy is coming) I can tell you that this store is in shambles and i wouldn’t be surprised if they lose a LOT of employees. Since my firing they’ve lost close to 6-7 employees. They don’t care and they don’t care about you either. I’m being dead serious, save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else."

"My wife went to get us breakfast and was in the drive thru line with plenty of time before breakfast ended. She pulls up to the speaker at 10:32 (she was there waiting for over ten minutes) and they refused to let her order breakfast. I understand that breakfast ends at 10:30, however she was there WELL before that mark, and when she got to the speaker it was BARELY past the time. Absolutely ridiculous. She told them that she had been waiting awhile and that they just took a breakfast order for the car directly in front of her and they didn’t care. They were incredibly rude. Maybe people wouldn’t have to wait in the line so long and be denied service if they actually moved faster. Ridiculous."

"Got a filet of fish meal, fish was dried out and old tasting. French fries were limp, greasy, and cold. Soda was so weak you couldn't tell what flavor it was. Drink station was dirtier and cluttered with trash and spilled ketchup as usual. Probably never stopping here again, doesn't seem to ever improve"

"Tonight was the worst experience eating at any McDonalds. The food took over 20 mins with an empty dining room and very few drive-thru customers. When the food came out, the bread was old, dry, and burnt tasting. I never send food back, but I did so tonight, only to have the second sandwich come out worse than the first. We were giving 4 nuggets opposed to the 6 we ordered and paid for, and the fries were old and cold."
