"I definitely don't recommend it to anyone. Customers are waiting inside, employees are sitting inside and enjoying themselves. Also, their behavior towards delivery drivers is very bad. I have never seen such a terrible place."
"WORST SERVICE EVER. When we arrived there were 2 people outside in the parking lot. I later found out it was the manager Tina, and another part of the staff. They saw us park, however locked both doors before we were able to enter. Mind you, it was about 1:30 pm… we brushed it off, and decided to go through the drive through window. Immediately the person taking our order began giving us attitude, and rushing us. We ignored it. My boyfriend then asked if he could substitute the fries with another side for the $20 fill up box, and she rudely told him NO. I later found out from a different kfc location, that was a lie. The tipping point is when she began yelling at us. She claimed she couldn’t hear our order, but repeated it to us? Yea, I have a feeling she just didn’t feel like working! They thought we would leave when they locked the doors, and were obviously annoyed. By this point I was over it, and gave her a piece of my mind. Obviously the manager Tina is running this location however she wants, and needs to be addressed."
