"Terrible customer service, nasty food, the restaurant has a funky smell, employees including the manager look unsavory. I will never eat at pizza hut again! It's not worth the frustration! I'll give my money to someone who deserves it! I think the shift manager was so rude and she looked as if she was stuck in the 80s...and it's 2023! Pizza hut should know better! Poor quality employees means poor service and poor quality food! No thank you!"

"We ordered pizza tonight & 40 minutes later the driver said my address is not real! (What?) Called the store with no answer. The driver finally TEXTED to let me know it's to far for him. I double checked to be sure I called the Bellevue location(I did) .6 miles!! We never received our pizza"

"I got trust issues with ordering pizza sometimes because items would be missing and I'd end up paying full. I called to ask to double check the order before it goes out. Pizza came every in it. The pizza was superb. Packaged nicely too. Keep up the good work. Will be ordering from you guys more often."
