I thought we were going to have to cut all her hair off!! The sweet receptionist told me to come right in (even though they were totally booked), and Katie got to work. Not only did miracle-worker Katie get all the burrs out of my daughter’s hair, she was so gentle and gave my girl the cutest haircut. My entire experience was so wonderful from start to finish.
