"Bunch of thugs working there. No one is wearing gloves from what I observed and these guys keeps touching their behind pulling up their pants… it’s called a belt. I loved the vulgar language behind the counter. One of the service guys up front was throwing food up high towards the back at someone. This is a business, not a playground."
"I was doing work in the area and had to use the restroom in the morning and then again around 1pm. BOTH TIMES, the women's restroom smelled HORRENDOUS! I told a staff member in the morning about it when I ordered a coffee. When I came back in the afternoon, it still smelled horrible. I tried to tell a staff member the 2nd time but I couldn't get anyone's attention; they were busy. There were no trashcans in the restroom though, even though there's a baby changing table in the handicapped stall. And that's what it smelled like, was a rotten diaper."
"The level of cleanliness over last year or two has decreased in this place. The floor feels sticky, small particles of trash laying around, the smell next to the restrooms is unpleasant and all of that unfortunately makes me question the sanitary conditions in the kitchen as well."
"The "manager" just told me a bald-faced lie. The young lady at the window took my order and run up the person behind me order. Luckily I caught it and then the manager came to fix it. She supposedly reimbursed my card. I know it takes a few days to come back. But then her exact words was and we're going to take care of your order for the mix-up. While I'm still in line the cost of my meal then comes off my card. I'm confused. Didn't you just tell me that your taking care of my meal because of your 1st mistake? It's truly not about the money. It's a 8$ meal. Just don't lie, and when I went back in to question why my card was charged AGAIN, she lied straight to me and said, I never said that. I'm not going to throw a fit. JUST DON'T LIE."
"I’ve managed a McDonald’s in the past. Quality was absolutely unacceptable. Reg meat looks like it was burnt straight from grill and then left in cabinet since they started serving lunch this morning. Dry and disgusting. Buns were hard and stale. One bottom bun was missing. Fries were cold. Manager fixed the order but unfortunately this just isn’t acceptable for a fast food franchise as large as McDonald’s. Do better guys."
