"I go out of my way for this location for a good reason. My order is always right and the staff is always incredibly kind, even when super busy, which is rare. The food is good and fresh and delicious every time (I go about once a week). I get a crunch wrap and other locations will forget the cheese, or give me the wrong meat, but never this one. It makes me so happy thank you to the workers "

"Inconsistent and often incredibly slow. They get the order right almost all the time, but the quality is all over the place. Some days, it's the best Taco Bell I've ever had; other days, I don't even finish what I ordered. And the distribution is pretty even across that entire spectrum. Service is abysmal, and folks are frequently ignores for 5-10 minutes at a time. 50/50 chance they're high. Speed is good about 80% of the time. But you can't ever predict that 20% when it will take them a half hour to make a couple burritos."
