"Consistently incorrect pick-up orders. Items missing from burrito bowls, ingredients added that we didn’t order, chips and queso missing from order. We used to come here regularly, however the food quality and service is horrendous, no longer worth the money or time. Don’t recommend."

"Always out of veggies, and the place is always filthy. Garbage cans overflowing. Need to hire more people. I had been going there often but no more, it’s gotten out of hand. Jersey mikes next door much better option."

"Legitimately the worst food I've ever had. My expectations were already pretty low, given that it's Chipotle, and it's in Butler, but wow, this was a new low. It's really obvious that all the ingredients are old and spoiling and doused with a medically significant volume of salt to try and compensate. There's nothing else to say This place is awful."

"We ordered through the online app. One bowl, one salad. You can clearly see the salad has no lettuce or fajita veggies - I dont think this location ever has veggies. When I attempted to call the Butler chipotle, their mailbox is full. One is left to think that they do this so they do not have to handle any complaints."

"Place was good when it first opened. Ingredients were well made, nothing was over cooked or under cooked. Just went back for 2 bowls for today and tomorrow and after eating the first bowl the rice was almost rock solid. I'm not sure why or how this happened, heck I don't know how you scoop rice and hear the sound it makes and not know its under cooked that badly. I liked this place but sadly I can't go back, seems they've fallen into the same trap the other locations have of just simply not preparing the food properly. Staff was nice but that doesn't make up for a terrible meal. Please for the love of everything, train your staff how to make rice."
