McDonald's 4557 Ohio River Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15202

"This is the slowest and most unprofessional McDonald's I have ever been to. Employees are obviously high, throw things at each other, loudly swear in front of children, and fool around in the back as orders pile up. The manager seemed like the only person who was actually trying to fill orders. The food is so bad it doesn't even seem like the same restaurant when compared to other McDonald's restaurants. The food is dry, stale, cold, and everything is slightly more expensive than the other McDonald's two miles down the road in West View, for no discernible reason. I am honestly baffled as to how this place is still open. It must be surviving off the fact that it is on a busy road and has a playground, although, I don't know why anyone would bring their kids here when the employees are stoned and/or drunk all the time."

"On occasion I get breakfast here. And on occasion the staff doesn't want to take my order. I wait in line for them to open only to watch two people get waited on in the second staw. Don't recall having any problems in the past but that seems to be the case. Not a friendly business for a repetitive customer which I gonna change. Besides 8 dollars for a biscuit and hash brown/ coffee?"

"My pops ordered for delivery. This is what the big Mac look like. I will assume this is standard. Very burnt and inedible."

"I have been here several times. I feel like each time there is an error or major complaint. Orders wrong, missing food, rude employees, employees that don't know the menu, missing sauce, LONG drive through experience, using the app is more painful than just ordering at the drive thru, employees visibility standing around laughing (on phones) while the line is 20 minutes long, COLD food, etc, etc. Every time we have gone, at least one, and often several things are very off/wrong."

"They wouldn’t take a $50 bill so I was unable to complete my order. Management was uncompromising. Pretty idiotic policy given the current inflation. If one buys $35 worth of food they ought to be able to pay with a $50 bill."
