"Very odd customers coming through this location that are very verbal and a little unstable. Service was all right, building was freezing cold on top of it freezing cold outside too. Waited a good 20 minutes for two normal meals for two people to eat inside"

"This location has gone downhill. Customer service is lacking. I placed an online order at 8:46pm. Arrived at 8:58, and the store was claiming they were closed and ordering on their end was shut off an hour ago. If that were true then I shouldn’t have been able to place an order. I guess they closed early? There was a car that pulled in behind me in the drive through too. I guess you like losing business. So not only do I have to wait for a refund, I also didn’t get my food. It’s fine though, I got more food at McDonald’s for less money. I used to like this location. I won’t be back. The right thing to do would have been to make my food or give me some sort of compensation. I was told to, “Talk to Kevin.” Might as well have told me to talk to Santa but he would’ve delivered at least."

"Recently have gotten some quick meals here. I always have slight changes to my burger and they’re constantly accurate. On top of that, every order of fries has been hot and fresh."

"If I could give zero stars for all I would! The kids down there that they have working have ZERO customer service skills, ZERO human skills. They are all rude an lack common sense an skills! The food is always old, bad an when you reach out about it no one wants to fix or take it serious! If you want food poisoning be my guest! I will NEVER come back here an will make sure everyone knows!"

"Look, i know it's fast food.... But jeez. I don't if dollar menu items look like trash, it's to be expected. Not a $9 burger. This burger was supposed to be the new Garlic & Bacon King.... It instead looks like the most hastily put together poverty stricken public school cafeteria burger that I have ever seen.... I would take it home to feed to my dog, but he is better than this."
