"Initial Experience: Owner/Stylist was responsive to texts for a last minute appointment. Location was easy to find and street parking was surprisingly easy. I would recommend installing Park Mobile to your phone and just pay for parking based on your Parking Zone. Back story: I went to another salon for a Brunette Balayage with a few babylights, I ended up with what appeared to be a VERY brassy dip blonde / bad ombre. So, I sought out a salon that specialized in color. Arrival: I didn't warn the Owner/Stylist that I was black with just flat ironed hair (no relaxer or processing). I found it funny how politely she asked if my hair curled up when wet. Warning: **IF YOU HAVE NATURAL HAIR / TIGHTLY CURLED HAIR AND EXPECT A BLOW OUT, PLEASE LET HER KNOW** Also, like other reviewers, if you're not accustomed to how blunt foreigners can be, you may confuse her tone for being rude. She is not rude, just matter-of-fact at times. Coming from a foreign family, I understood and found it funny more than anything. Process: Deciding to be more diligent about asking questions, she let me know that she was applying a color melt and tone down the brassy blonde. Result: She did not have time to blow out my hair or do an Olaplex treatment before I left, so I was sent on my way with wild, but color corrected hair and nothing else. I was still charged $185 + tip."

"I was super nervous to leave my old salon and start over somewhere new but Samil and team did a tremendous job - even better than my old salon. She had great recommendations for what color and cut I should go with, really thinking about what would complement my skin and eyes. It may be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and I’m thrilled about how it all came out and would gladly pay their prices for it again. The salon is small, but very clean and I could tell they take the COVID guidelines seriously and I felt very comfortable there. You can also book online, which is super easy and convenient! 10/10!"
