"First time visiting the salon and overall had a good experience. Booked a silk press with Cruz and like how she asked what were my areas of concern and how I’d like to leave the salon. Leaving 4 stars only because $85 for a trim seems excessive on top of the $105. However I look forward to returning and leaving my hair in Cruz’s hands."

"This establishment has unprofessional stylists and receptionists. The third time that an appointment has been made, confirmed and canceled less than 25 hours before the actual appointment BY THE SALON! It is unacceptable and not okay. There has to be better customer service and mote dependable companies to set the bar for a premier salon! I’ve never been late so contrary to the lie in the response. If you read my comment you will see that I said your front desk and one particular stylist is UNPROFESSIONAL because they canceled on me 25 hours before an appointment that was confirmed by your establishment. I always arrive early but where is it okay for people to cancel after an appoint has been confirmed less than 24 hours before the appointment multiple times with no alternative. For a record Asia and Flo are legit, great professional stylist. Unfortunate Flo no longer works there and Asia has other duties in the weekend so she doesn’t work. And your salon is not high end as the customer service begs the differ."

"The first 3 photos are my hair after a wash and go at Hazel O Salon. I was 100% dissatisfied for obvious reasons. The “stylist” by the name of Kierra left me under the dryer for 40 minutes without checking in on me, I had to take myself out of the dryer and walk to the front desk for assistance. When confronted about it she stated it takes 40min-1hr for hair to dry. As a supposed professional she should know the density, length, and texture of your hair determines the amount of time drying takes, and the point of sitting under the dryer after a wash and go is to SET the hair/style, not dry it to a crisp. Regardless she should be checking in on me. My hair was dry, stiff, and lifeless upon leaving the salon, I ended up having to re-do my wash and go at home to get the results I desired ( last photo is my hair after a proper wash and go) Kierra doesn’t know how to handle 4c hair texture and is unable to take accountability for her mistakes. I was denied a refund for this disgrace of a style, the only remedy offered was to return and receive services up to the value of what I paid that day. As if I’d want to return to this salon again… Do not go here unless you want your time wasted."

"The first time I came here I got a cut and color correction. My stylist Diana was patient with me and worked to give me the results I wanted. We went for a kind of copper color that we would touch up at my next appointment. I have very thick hair and she worked with it wonderfully!! My second appointment was today and I got my ends trimmed, root correction, and color/glaze. I loveeeee my results and I’m so happy with how my hair looks. I definitely recommend Diana!"
