"I went here for the first time and Heather did my hair. She did a horrible job with the color. I went back to get toner washed out. Another girl did it and it looked better than the first time but still dull as could be. Called to see if they could do a few brighter highlights and they wanted all the money over again. What a messed up salon. Also Heather lied and said she showed me a book for toner. She never did. The color here is horrible and the girls are very unprofessional and the owner is a money hungry ."
