"Absolute worst haircut I have ever received. I asked for “shoulder length” and “layers.” Told him I parted my hair to the side and he told me it didn’t matter. He then, with my hair wet and parted in the middle, cut it to my shoulder then (unsuccessfully) evened it up above my shoulder so my hair is about an inch over my shoulder while wet. To create “layers,” he flipped my hair to the side. The left side of my hair is about a half inch shorter than the right side. When he asked if I like it at the end, I told him it was a little shorter than what I asked for. He shrugged and said “it’ll grow.” Then charged me $65."
