"I came to the salon to get my hair done by a "friend" this friend knows I'm disabled traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injuries, and back injuries. I was YELLED at for my hair being "knotty" was told I DON'T brush my hair in front of EVERYONE, talked about my sister and mother being girly and I go out any "type of way". Talking about our personal business in front of everyone. Saying I can't take care of my hair and NEED to come more, comparing me to a " 4 year old" he got the knots out and my hair was wet. I said to everyone about my disabilit ies and the difficulty of hair care. He has ALWAYS done me hair in the past. I walked out in tears with my hair wet. I drove from Youngstown OH they salon didn't care and found "NotHING wrong with his behavior and offered me nothing. We are no longer friends."
