"I want to love this place. They have excellent staff, a great owner, awesome music and a terrific vibe when you're in the shop, but the wait is always crazy. Up until recently, they only had 2 chairs in operation, which would be fine, but they only take walk-ins. If you show up, and they have 2 in the chair and a person waiting, you're looking at an hour and a half process start to finish minimum. This place would easily be 5 stars if they would just find a way to take appointments."
