"Maddie was awesome!! She was so sweet and she did so good she just started doing lash lifts and tints and they turned out soo good. It’s been weeks and they still look very good. I also got a brow tint and wax and they look amazing as well I usually don’t trust people with my brows but I wanted to just try something new. I definitely recommend her!!"

"Called to see if I could get a haircut on a Friday, short notice, but they fit me in with Tori and she was wonderful. I was happy with the cut and price was reasonable ($20). The salon was clean and the start was friendly. I recommend the loft!"

"I changed my review because the owner called and offer to fix my hair out give me s free haircut. Everyone has challenging days. I was visiting my mother and decided to try The Loft, which was near her cottage. I made an appointment on 9/26 for a hair cut on 9/28. I arrived for appointment. A woman asked me for my name and I confirmed. She mumbled that a person was busy and I said that I would wait....I assumed person running late was the person that was scheduled to cut my hair, but I was not sure. Then the woman asked me if I wanted my hair washed in a tone that was clear she did not want to wash it. I said that was fine, she did not have to wash my hair. She asked me to follow her...I could barely understand her because her voice was so low. I thought she was leading me to a chair where I would wait for the beautician to cut my hair. She then asked me what I wanted and I showed her a picture of me with a previous cut. She said "ok", and picked up a pair of scissors as if she was going to do the cut. It was very strange and I was unclear who I was scheduled with for my haircut, but, Ok, she was to cut my hair. She asked how short I wanted my hair and how I wanted the layers done, even though the picture I provided showed what I wanted, so I described the picture I showed her. She seemed very inexperienced and she had difficulty communicating clearly. She cut my hair in 15 minutes. I asked her if she had only done one layer because the finished product looked nothing like the picture I showed her. She asked me if I wanted more layers...I said no it was fine because I was not sure what the cut would look l like. I was charged the full $35, for no hair wash and 15 minutes of cutting. I did give her a $3 tip because I always tip, but probably should not have. I am originally from the Erie area so my family members asked me to let them know how good the experience and cut was because they are looking for a new hair salon....needless to say...I told them I would not go back. Still looking for a competent salon with good customer service."

"So I love this place. I'm a very anxious person but the atmosphere is extremely friendly and after going there the first time I knew I was likely to return. The workers are all extremely nice and the quality of their work is amazing. Only twice in my life have I actually felt good about my hair and both were from the work of this salon. I've been helped by both Bella and Ashley who are just such kind people it make the ordeal a lot less intimidating. I wanna say the other worker's name is Jay, and they were quite humorous so even if they didn't work with me directly their presence was a delight. Though the thing that really stood out to me is I had only been there once (before my latest appointment) and that had been nearly a year prior. But still they recalled little details about our conversations which just shows they genuinely care about the people who come in. I cannot recommend this place enough."
