"Ordered 8 roast beefs and 2 bacon brisket beef and cheddars at the drive-thru. Got home and, of course, found out they had short changed me on the two $8 sandwiches. Don't think I'll be going back anytime soon...expensive mistake! --- update 1/23: I submitted the survey and asked that someone reach out to me but haven't heard anything 4 days later. Is there a way to ensure that someone contacts me? Otherwise, I plan to file a CC charge-back later this week. Thanks"
"This is at least the 4th time they've either not given me my fries or have forgotten an entire item. Food quality has been going downhill too. EDIT UPDATE: Thanks Owner, for responding. That link you sent me doesn't work correctly, just like the staff you employ here. Never corrected the issue or anything, management is terrible and the service is getting worse and worse. No wonder they're always hiring"
"I was picking up a order for door dash the woman who was working the front counter had short blonde hair was swearing and making me feel like I should be a shamed to be door dashing for extra money. I was made fun of called names and she swore the entire time. I would never go back to that store ever again and management should be ashamed to have someone like that greeting and serving people."
"I had to repeat myself 4 times to say i had a coupon. When i got to the window i handed the lady my coupon and she just threw it away didnt use my coupon and then didnt give me a receipt. Whens the last time you didnt get a receipt at a fast food place? Never? Same! Hmmm sounds kinda shady right? So when i got my receipt after asking for it no savings were applied. Had to park and go inside to get my refund. Never coming back again. Fries were cold"
"Got quick lunch with the family. I got a beef and cheddar meal but they gave me just a regular roast beef. No problem getting the right sandwich. Very good sandwich and curly fries. My folks enjoyed their regular roast beef sandwiches. Very friendly staff. Clean restaurant. Good, quick service for how busy they were."
