"Good prices but that’s about it. In summary: you get exactly what you pay for. She was late to pretty much every appointment I booked, so if being timely is important to you I suggest you look elsewhere. I always confirmed the time with Sophie the day before but she was still late by 15-20mins every time. My last time going to Sophie was because she had “her sister” do my hair (never told me she wouldn’t be doing my hair) and her sister was 40mins late and then of course rushed the job. Don’t be surprised if you book with Sophie but she’ll throw you onto someone else. Never apologized for being late either, just instantly met with excuses. On one occasion - I called to let her know I had arrived and needed the door to be unblocked….and her phone was out of service. I finally got in once someone else was leaving. She then spent the next 20mins sorting it out with her cell phone provider."

I liked that I didn’t have to go to the beauty store and figure out how many packs of hair I needed to purchase or the best kind of hair for my style. Everything was already available at Ms Sophie’s salon. Exceptional customer service and Ms Sophie works quickly. I was satisfied with the way my hair was styled."
