"Was told to come in for two walk ins, me and my partner. They got to him pretty quick and his haircut was okay, nothing special. They had their regulars walk in and immediately skip me several times until my partner was finished with his cut. I already had to sit and waste time, didn't want to make my partner waste time waiting for my cut either so we just left after. Kind of annoying, wouldn't have come if they didn't tell us they could do two walk ins right now. Disrespectful of my time. He didn't really like the haircut he got either, the fade was clean but the don't know how to shape the rest."

"First, let me say I don't write reviews publicly, and I am not a person who believes that only one barber can make me look good, ya know? LOL The first time I went to get my haircut from Charlie had to be in 2016-2017. Since then, I've lived in Connecticut, Philly, SF, LA, and after every trip, when I come back to DC, I always end up getting my hair cut here. This last year, since Aug 2019, I had been growing my hair out. Yesterday, when I was ready to cut 2020 out; I knew exactly where to go. I've lived in DC for 8 years on and off, been across the country and back; nobody is as competent. He is HANDS DOWN one-of, if not the(e), best barber in the DMV. ...and I remember when he opened the shop. ;-)"
