"Great customer service! Staff is polite, professional and fun to chat with. This is my first experience at this location vs the East End location that I used order from all the time. The quality is SO MUCH BETTER (and the staff) and it was like a treat for me and my friend after a hard workout! I just moved back to the area and this is absolutely going to be a spot for me moving forward! As a side note, they did have to make my dressing from scratch, as they were out. We sat down and were catching up. When I got my salad, I told the employee that I needed to pay. The manager on duty insisted that they house it because of the wait time. I didn't even feel like it was a long wait, but I really appreciated that gesture. It was good vibes all around. If the marketing manager is there (I didn't catch her name) she is really fun and engaging. We will definitely be a regular here and everyone did a great job! Atmosphere is 10/10."
"Interesting idea but the food is not even close to Italian flavors. Pasta had way too much sauce in it and it was overly salty. Salad was ok."
